Crew 22 is part of the Columbia-Montour Council in the Lenni Lenape District, in northeastern Pennsylvania. We are an extremely active crew both in our community, developing leadership skills and experiencing the outdoors and planning our own adventures. There is ALWAYS something to get involved with, whether it be community service, nationally accredited leadership training, vocational learning opportunities, or trips (horseback riding, shooting sports, white-water rafting, wilderness living, caving, camping, climbing/repelling, ghost tours, national parks, zip-lining and canopy tours, BMX Biking, Off-roading, Archery, etc.).

Crew 22 is run by co-ed Scouts, ages 14 to 20! So if there is something you want to you, you have the opportunity to make it happen! All of our leadership positions are voted on by our fellow Scouts and everyone has an opportunity to serve in a leadership position voted on by your fellow Scouts!

Some of our adult leaders as well as youth are Eagle Scouts.  Some members were once scouts but left the program and are now coming back into the fold.  And, we have some members where the crew is their first scouting experience.  Our current adult-leaders are trusted, consistent and well-respected volunteers in our community and partnered with many service groups in the Berwick area.

And, being youth-led, recently have developed an official internal set of ethical and behavioral standards, that everyone who is a part of our crew agrees to and promises to use every time he or she is involved with a crew event, meeting or activity.  Integrity, being consistently kind, courteous, and highly moral decision-making; and, Accountability, or doing what you say you will do, are two extremely important values of youth development.

If you want join Crew 22, GREAT!  We'd appreciate adding GOOD, POSITIVE and TRUSTWORTHY young adults, looking to be a part of something special.  For more information, feel free to email our Advisor at  [Click for member's page] for more information.

Thank you for your interest,

Colin Hill,
